At CraftSOP, all our services and credits are digital and delivered instantly after purchase or activation.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a payment has been completed.
Please read the following terms carefully before making any purchase:
No Refunds:
All payments for SOP credits, plans, or review services are final and non-refundable.
This includes accidental purchases, unused credits, or dissatisfaction with generated output.
Instant Delivery:
Since our services (AI SOP generation, review, and digital content) are delivered immediately upon payment, they cannot be returned or revoked.
Cancellations:
Subscription renewals can be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges. However, the current billing cycle will continue until expiry, and no partial refunds will be issued.
Exceptional Cases:
In rare technical issues such as duplicate payments or failed transactions, users may contact support@craftsop.com within 7 days.
Such requests will be reviewed, and if found valid, a partial or full refund may be processed at CraftSOP’s discretion.
