From your dashboard click "Upgrade Plan" and select 10, 50, or Unlimited credit packages. Follow the safe payment flow to complete purchase.

Credits are valid as specified by the purchased plan. Keep your account active to retain access. Check plan details for exact expiry rules.

CraftSOP accounts are for individual users. Sharing credentials may result in security issues and could lead to suspension under our terms.

Yes. Request deletion from Settings or contact support (support@craftsop.com). Deletion removes personal data and stored SOP drafts after confirmation.
