Welcome to CraftSOP. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services.
By accessing or using CraftSOP, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.
1.1 Account registration:
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it when necessary.
1.2 Single-user accounts:
Each CraftSOP account is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.
1.3 Passwords and security:
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify CraftSOP immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from failure to maintain account security.
1.4 Password reset:
If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email. For security, these links expire after a short time.
1.5 Account verification:
We may require you to verify your email or identity to activate or continue using your account. Unverified accounts may have limited access.
2.1 Payments and plans:
CraftSOP offers paid credit-based plans (such as 10, 50, or Unlimited SOP credits). Prices and features are displayed at checkout and may change periodically.
2.2 Credits and usage:
Credits are used when you generate SOPs or request additional services such as expert review. Your dashboard shows remaining credits and usage history.
2.3 Auto-renewal:
Some subscriptions may renew automatically. You can disable auto-renewal anytime from your account settings. Canceling auto-renewal stops future billing but does not refund past charges.
2.4 Taxes and payment processors:
Prices may not include applicable taxes or processing fees. Payments are securely handled through third-party payment gateways.
3.1 Service description:
CraftSOP provides instant AI-generated SOPs and optional human editorial review (the “SOP Review Service”) to enhance clarity, tone, and professionalism.
3.2 Turnaround times:
AI SOPs are generated instantly. Human review turnaround time depends on workload and service type and is provided as an estimate only.
3.3 Revisions and satisfaction:
Each paid review may include limited revisions. Additional revisions may require extra payment. While we aim to improve quality, we cannot guarantee university admission or visa approval.
3.4 Confidentiality:
All content you submit is treated as confidential and only accessed by authorized editors or support staff for providing the service.
3.5 Your responsibility:
You must provide accurate and truthful information for your SOP. CraftSOP is not responsible for incorrect details supplied by you.
3.6 Ownership and originality:
You retain ownership of your SOP content. CraftSOP provides generated drafts for your personal educational use. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your institution’s academic integrity policies.
3.7 Plagiarism:
CraftSOP strives to generate original text. We recommend running your final SOP through plagiarism checkers before submission.
4.1 No general refunds:
Since CraftSOP delivers digital content instantly, refunds are not available once credits or services are used.
4.2 Exceptional cases:
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases (e.g., duplicate payments or technical failures). Please contact support@craftsop.com with proof of payment.
4.3 Chargebacks:
Unauthorized or invalid chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal recovery of disputed amounts.
4.4 Cancellations:
You can cancel subscription renewals anytime. Canceling will prevent future payments but will not refund existing charges.
5.1 Privacy summary:
CraftSOP collects and stores user data solely for providing and improving our services. We do not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing.
5.2 Security:
We use encryption and secure hosting to protect your data. However, no system is completely immune to risks.
5.3 Deletion and retention:
You may request account deletion at any time. We will remove personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Some anonymized data may be kept for analytics or service improvement.
5.4 Legal compliance:
CraftSOP may disclose information if required by law or government authorities.
5.5 Privacy policy:
Our detailed data-handling practices are described in the separate Privacy Policy available on our website.
6.1 Permitted use:
You may use CraftSOP to create, edit, and review SOPs, LORs, and related educational documents for legitimate purposes only.
6.2 Prohibited activities:

Submit fake or plagiarized information
Impersonate others
Use the platform for harassment or spam
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the system
Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems without permission
6.3 Enforcement:
Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
7.1 Our content:
All platform code, design, and templates are owned by CraftSOP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated outputs for your personal purposes.
7.2 Your content:
You retain ownership of your submitted data and SOP drafts. By submitting content, you grant CraftSOP the right to use it temporarily for service delivery.
7.3 Third-party tools:
Some integrations or features may rely on third-party APIs or services, subject to their own terms.
8.1 Suspension:
We may suspend accounts that appear to violate our policies or engage in misuse, fraud, or abuse.
8.2 Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate any account that breaches these Terms or where required by law.
8.3 Post-termination:
After termination, your access and stored content may be permanently deleted. Outstanding obligations such as unpaid fees still apply.
9.1 No guarantee of results:
CraftSOP provides guidance and tools to help you draft strong SOPs but does not guarantee admission, visa, or scholarship outcomes.
9.2 “As is” service:
All services are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a specific purpose.
9.3 Limitation of liability:
CraftSOP’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be handled in courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of CraftSOP, unless both parties agree to arbitration or mediation.
CraftSOP may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the new Terms.
